I took a course for Youth Sports Instructor certification from 17th to 21th of last month at Chung-Ang University's sport for all instructor education center(I cannot verify exact English name for the organization). The course included classes on teaching, legal issues, safety, operating sport club and marketing. But it was quite focused on infants and the activities for them, so it seemed not very helpful for coaches presented in the class who teaches sports to school kids. I also wonder the certificate will be useful for getting a job. Anyway it will be established December.
I had been sick right after the course so I was totally in the bed for about three days and nights. After somewhat recovered, I felt dizzy when I tried to do spins.
I went ice rink and climbing gym a few times each and took one ballet class last week as well as I did this week. Climbing is exciting and I feel more energetic these days. I hurt on my skin of inner side of my fingers. The gym opens to eleven o'clock in the night so I can do both sports on a single day if I have enough energy. I'm trying not to over-train myself anyway.
I have 12 times skating lesson with Mr. Han at this month. I did axel jumps on Thursday and Paso Doble pattern on Friday.
Finally I have my turn in the waiting list of group lesson on Saturdays in Gwacheon Ice Rink. It took three and a half years. I hope to see my old friends and they would welcome me to come back. I had been struggled to get up in the morning when I took the class a few years ago. I hope not to be late from now.
