Today, I skated at Gwacheon in Miss Cha's adult skaters class. I was late to missed 20 minutes.
- Footwork
 - Walley Jump. I Can't rotate 1 revolution yet.
 - Jumps
 - All single jumps. Do not lean forward too much in toe jumps.
 - Axel: Almost there but didn't landed on one foot.
 - Spins
 - Upright
 - Sit
 - Camel with change of foot: rotating right arm to front of body would help changing of foot
 - Floor excercise
 - Running
 - Spinner traning
 - Back spin
 - Sit
 - Back camel
 - Rotating 3 rev. with holding in Axel take-off position and jump out
 - Jumps
 - 1 rev. and land on two feet
 - 1 rev. and land on one foot
 - 1 1/2 to 2 rev.
 - Axel from standing still. Succeeded to land all of 10 attempts.
 - Axel with intro steps. Not perfect.
 
I have pain on my left shoulder these days. I had get better with massage but not compotable after today's skating. I think level 2 could be my limit if my phisical condition(and/or financial condition) get worse.
